Raycast
A Raycast extension for adding things, creating lists and searching, without opening NewTwos.
Before you start
- Raycast installed on a Mac
- A NewTwos API key, which the extension uses to reach your account. See API keys and scopes
Connect
Install the NewTwos extension from the Raycast store, then paste an API key into its preferences.
What it does
| Command | Does |
|---|---|
| Add a thing | Writes to Today or a list you name |
| Create a list | Makes a new list |
| Search things | Finds and opens |
Raycast or Quick Capture?
If you live in Raycast, the extension keeps you there and adds search. If you only want to write something down, the desktop hotkey is fewer keystrokes.
Plenty of people use both.
Removing it
Uninstall the extension, and revoke the API key in NewTwos settings so it stops working immediately.
