Glossary
Every term that means something specific in NewTwos.
The two nouns
Thing: one piece of information that matters to you, usually one line. See things and lists.
List: a named container for things.
Day: a date-titled list NewTwos creates for you. See Today.
Sublist: a list living inside another list. See sublists.
Marks on a thing
To-do: a thing with a checkbox. The only type that carries forward. See thing types.
Complete: you did it. Cancel: you decided not to. Both stop carry-over. See complete, cancel and star.
Star: a favourited thing. Bookmark: a pinned list. See to-dos, stars and bookmarks.
Tag: a #hashtag grouping things across lists. See tags.
Note: a longer body attached to a thing. See notes.
Clone: one thing appearing in two lists, synced both ways. See clones.
Behaviours
Carry-over: unfinished to-dos moving to the next day on their own. See carry-over.
Auto-sort: grouping a list into sections by kind. See auto-sort.
Dynamic list: a list defined by a tag filter rather than by contents. See dynamic lists.
Routine: a list that unchecks itself daily. See routines.
Memory: a thing marked to resurface. Memorize: spaced repetition. See memory and memorize.

Capture bar: the always-available input, sometimes called the WTD bar. See the capture bar.
Edit bar: actions above the keyboard while editing. Selection bar: actions on a selection. See swipes and the three bars.
Week bar: the strip of seven days above Today. See the week bar.
Twos World: the public side of the product. See the Feed.
Universe: your lists and links drawn as a graph. See universe.
People and progress
Twoser: you. Levels run one to twenty-one. See Twoser levels.
