Why you'd care
It is the only view that shows structure rather than contents. Clusters, orphans and the one list everything points at are all obvious in a graph and invisible in a list.
It is genuinely useful roughly twice a year, and worth the look each time.
What it draws
Lists as nodes, with edges from sublist nesting, mentions and backlinks, and shared lists linking to collaborators. See mentions and backlinks.
A connection-degree control decides how far out from a starting point to draw, which is what keeps a large account legible.
Going further
Orphans are the useful finding. A list connected to nothing is either genuinely standalone or forgotten, and it is usually the second.
It reflects links, not tags. Tagged things do not create edges. If your organisation is mostly tags, the graph will look sparse and that is accurate.
Turn the degree down first. Everything at once is a hairball. Start at one or two degrees from a list you care about.
Tips
- Use it after a big cleanup to see whether the structure matches your intent.
- If the graph is a hairball, that is a finding, not a rendering problem.
