Going further
Bought means bought. A feature unlocked with coins survives cancelling Plus, and it is not taken away later. This is the clearest promise in the pricing model.
Coins do not expire, so saving for something specific works.
It can all be hidden. Settings Appearance & Accessibility Show coins and Settings Appearance & Accessibility NewTwos coins remove the currency layer if gamification is not for you. Nothing else changes.

- Decide what you want before you spend. Coins spread across four small unlocks buy less than one feature you use daily.
