A single Plus feature can be unlocked permanently with coins.
Why you'd care
Most people want two or three Plus features, not all of them. Buying those outright is cheaper than subscribing indefinitely, and it never lapses.
How it works
Pick the feature, spend the coins, keep it. There is no renewal and no expiry.
What "permanent" means
It means permanent. A feature bought this way stays unlocked whether or not you subscribe, and it survives cancelling Plus. See what you keep.
Going further
Subscribe if you want more than a few. Beyond three or four features the subscription is better value and includes everything future.
Some features are already free for you. Accounts predating a feature being gated keep it at no cost, so check before spending. The docs mark those cases from the app's own entitlement table.
Buying does not change the rest of the app. There is no bundling and nothing else unlocks alongside it.
Tips
- Buy the one you have hit a wall on twice. That is the one you will actually use.
- Check whether you already have it before spending. Grandfathering is more common than people expect.
