Week view shows all seven days at once, rather than one day at a time.

Week view is part of NewTwos Plus. Plus

Why you'd care

Today answers "what am I doing now". Week view answers "is Thursday already full". It is the difference between a page and a plan, and it is the view most people open on a Sunday evening or a Monday morning.

It is also where rebalancing happens. Seeing three days side by side makes it obvious that one of them is carrying too much.

The 60-second version

Open Week from the nav bar or side menu. Every day of the week appears with its things. Drag between days to move something.

Going further

Dragging across days is the point. Week view exists so you can move work off a crowded day onto an empty one without opening either. Everything you can do to a thing on Today, you can do here.

It respects the same settings as a day. Completed things, sort order and inline display all follow your usual preferences, so the week does not look like a different product.

Which day the week starts on is a setting, the same one the week bar uses.

Tips

  • Use it once a week, not every day. Daily use tends to turn into planning rather than doing.
  • If a day looks impossible, the fix is usually deleting rather than moving.

If it's not working

Week is not in my nav bar. It may not be one of your five tabs. Open it from the side menu, or add it in the navigation settings.

Week view is locked. It is a Plus feature. If you bought it with coins previously, it stays yours.
