Weekly reviews fail because assembling them is work. The digest assembles itself, so the only remaining step is reading it.
It is also the honest picture of a week, which is frequently different from how the week felt.
What is in it
What you wrote, what you completed, what carried over, which lists you touched, and what came back as a memory.
Going further
It is delivered, not assembled. There is nothing to configure and nothing to run.

Tips
- Read it on the same day each week. The habit matters more than which day.
